Updated October 15, 2026: two cards said the PSC had not yet issued its notice in docket 2708-NC-100. The PSC issued its notice of proceeding on October 15, 2026 (PSC REF# 615173), and both cards now say so.

Updated October 22, 2026: two cards said letters could be uploaded to docket 2708-NC-100 now. PSC staff told us on October 22 that comments sent before the PSC opens its comment period are not part of the evidence, and both cards now say to wait for the comment period (PSC staff’s answers).
